Fighting Epilepsy in Vietnam

Around the world, over 50 million people live with epilepsy. In lower-resource countries such as Vietnam, they rarely have access to proper treatment. The WHO Programme on Reducing the Epilepsy Treatment Gap is a partnership between WHO and the Vietnamese Ministry of Health to raise awareness about this easily treatable condition, as well as train medical personnel.
